Join our team as a Maintenance Technician III on the 2nd shift at Tekni-Plex, where we are dedicated to innovation and excellence in our industry. We are seeking a dynamic individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks, tackle challenges head-on, and implement effective solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to all assigned responsibilities, and while prior industrial maintenance experience or education is preferred, we are open to training the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
- Become an “Electrically Authorized” employee by meeting NFPA 70E standards and our Electrical Safety Program, ensuring compliance with proper Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Set up, troubleshoot, and repair electrical control circuits, Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs), and instrumentation using relevant documentation, schematics, and testing equipment.
- Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Document detailed and accurate maintenance reports using Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) software, in addition to utilizing basic computer skills for email correspondence.
- Communicate effectively with team members and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Adhere to all established policies and procedures, actively participating in safety (OSHA), health, quality, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
- Assist and mentor fellow team members in electrical and mechanical knowledge.
- Fabricate parts and operate machining equipment such as lathes and grinders as necessary.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all tasks.
