Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:Enhance and develop the Incident Management function within client organizations, improving both internal and external perceptions.Continuously seek ways to optimize the Major Incident Management process, ensuring analysts are well-informed and capable.Proactively manage incidents in line with contractual KPIs, collaborating with the Service Delivery Manager to refine processes that accommodate multiple SLAs.Foster strong working relationships with on-site teams and referral groups to enhance incident management.Qualifications:Proven experience as a Major Incident Manager, with a strong understanding of ITIL processes.Ability to manage communication effectively across all Service Operations teams.Experience in managing fluctuating workloads to ensure service excellence for customers.
