The Role:
We are excited to announce an opening for a Managed Account Program (MAP) Support Specialist within our Operations team.
In this role, you will report to the Supervisor of New Accounts and be responsible for providing exceptional service and operational support for Aviso’s Separately Managed Account (SMA) programs and various investment management solutions. Your ability to deliver outstanding service consistently to clients, colleagues, and related parties is essential. You will manage all administrative duties related to managed accounts with minimal supervision while ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Moreover, your leadership skills will be crucial as you process and handle all client account inquiries in alignment with operational procedures, company policies, and industry regulations.
