Base Salary - $52,500 + Profit Sharing

Successful candidates may be required to relocate within Canada for training, with relocation assistance provided. Opportunities are available nationwide!
Your Journey:
As a Management Trainee, you will navigate a structured 4-phase program designed to immerse you in every facet of our business operations—from logistics and sales to management and employee development. You'll cultivate relationships with our customers by managing your own sales territory and delivering exceptional customer service. Throughout this journey, you will receive mentorship and support from experienced managers and peers across Canada, preparing you for a successful management career at EMCO.
Program Structure: Over a span of 3.5 to 4 years, you will advance through the following phases:
Phase 1 (12 months): Warehouse and Customer Service – Gain hands-on experience and product knowledge while understanding the logistical operations that deliver products to customers. You will participate in customer service, counter sales, order management, and more.
Phase 2 (12 months): Customer Relationships and Procurement – Transition from assisting customers to managing projects. Build relationships with both customers and vendors while learning to interpret blueprint drawings for project quoting.
Phase 3 (15-18 months): Account Management and Proactive Sales – Focus on business development as you identify new opportunities, negotiate contracts, and expand our customer partnerships.
Phase 4 (3 months): Leadership and Operations – Lead your own team, develop leadership competencies, and strategize for business success.
Upon completing the program, you will be well-equipped to take on a managerial role within one of our Canadian Profit Centers.
