What You’ll Do
Join our Management Development Program as a Management Trainee and embark on a transformative journey through a structured, four-phase program. You will gain comprehensive insight into the operations of a successful business, covering everything from supply chain and operations to sales, leadership, and strategic management.
In this role, you will actively engage in managing projects, developing customer relationships, and making impactful business decisions with the mentorship of seasoned leaders across the nation.
The Program: Learn the Business From the Inside Out
Duration: 3.5–4 Years
Phase 1: Warehouse and Customer Service (12 Months)
Immerse yourself in the core of the business.
- Gain experience in shipping, receiving, and inventory management
- Enhance your product knowledge and vendor coordination skills
- Deliver exceptional customer service and engage in counter sales
- Learn about pricing, credit, financial statements, and logistics
- Understand the product flow from suppliers to customers
Phase 2: Customer Relationships & Procurement (12 Months)
Tackle problem-solving challenges and support projects.
- Foster strong relationships with customers and vendors
- Manage larger projects and complex orders
- Interpret blueprints and formulate material quotes
- Provide solutions-focused service with significant impact
Phase 3: Account Management and Proactive Sales (15–18 Months)
Drive business growth with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts and nurture key accounts
- Expand market presence and build customer partnerships
- Master proactive and strategic selling techniques
Phase 4: Leadership & Operations (3 Months)
Prepare for leadership responsibilities.
- Lead and mentor a dynamic team
- Establish strategy, vision, and performance objectives
- Oversee operations, profitability, and team management
- Transition from trainee to business leader
Your Career Destination: Profit Centre Manager
Upon completion of the program, you will be equipped to step into a Profit Centre Manager role, overseeing your own business location.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Driving sales, profitability, and market share growth
- Recruiting, training, coaching, and leading a high-performing team
- Analyzing financial data to inform strategic decisions
- Managing inventory, assets, marketing strategies, and purchasing
