Key ResponsibilitiesAudience Strategy & Insights:Assist in crafting audience strategies that align with client marketing objectives, including developing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) for ABM campaigns to define firmographic, technographic, and behavioral traits of high-value accounts to optimize engagement and conversion rates.Conduct research and monitor market trends, competitive intelligence, and new intent data sources to inform audience targeting and ABM strategy recommendations.Identify and evaluate innovative methods for audience targeting and segmentation leveraging contemporary data and trends.Contribute to presentations that effectively communicate audience insights to the team and clients.Data Analysis & Audience Development:Analyze audience data from a variety of sources, including market research, client sales data, CRM records, and third-party intent signals, to pinpoint key trends and opportunities that guide the creation and ongoing enhancement of Target Account Lists (TALs) for prioritization in media and ABM campaigns.Build and implement audience segments across various platforms (DMPs, DSPs, social media, ABM platforms like Demandbase) demonstrating a deep understanding of the data utilized and its effectiveness in meeting media and account-based goals.Evaluate and analyze the performance of audience segments and TALs against key performance indicators, offering insights and recommendations for optimization.

The Manager of Audience Analytics plays a pivotal role in shaping and implementing audience and account-based marketing strategies for a prominent B2B client. By collaborating with senior team members, you will drive data-informed audience strategies and facilitate their execution. Your expertise in data analysis will uncover insights that enhance audience segmentation and targeting, supporting both the Director and Group Director in their strategic initiatives.
This position involves working closely with internal teams across strategy, analytics, media planning, and activation to ensure that insights at both the audience and account levels influence marketing and media decision-making. A strong familiarity with audience segmentation, account-based marketing methodologies, and data analysis is essential, as you will utilize various platforms, including ABM and intent data tools, to effectively construct target audiences aiming to propel business growth for the client.
