At Fuccillo Automotive Group, we place immense value on the success of our Business Development Center (BDC). We are currently seeking an AUTOMOTIVE BDC LEADER who has a proven track record of success in Call Center or BDC Management to join our dynamic team.
- Demonstrated experience in Call Center or BDC management with quantifiable success is essential.
- Proven ability to inspire and hold the BDC team accountable to meet sales objectives.
- Familiarity with our CRM system (Dealersocket) will be advantageous.
- A leader who sets an example and understands the dedication required to excel in their craft.
