Key Responsibilities:Assist in formulating the overarching Apparel category strategy and develop merchandise plans tailored to key retailers, particularly focusing on vault properties.Present and promote our properties to secure new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.Manage the annual budget planning process and quarterly revenue forecasting, aligning licensee objectives with broader business goals.Oversee all facets of licensee relationships, including deal negotiations, contract management, approvals, and daily communications.Facilitate the onboarding process for new licensees.Collaborate with internal teams to identify potential brand partners for collaborations.Work with Contract Operations and Legal teams to ensure efficient processing of contract-related requirements.Monitor category performance metrics to inform strategic decisions and initiatives.

Salary range: $90,000 - $110,000 (eligible for bonuses)
