Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience—four years of related experience may substitute for a degree. A minimum of six years in customer service, operations, military service, or leadership, including at least two years in claims handling, is required. Additionally, you should have two years of direct team leadership experience.Your responsibilities will include quality inspections of claims, ongoing coaching, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and member experience. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to manage critical issues effectively are essential.

As a Manager in Claims Operations, you will lead a team responsible for auto and other claims operations. Your focus will be on serving our members and delivering effective solutions while investigating, evaluating, and negotiating claims. You'll foster employee engagement through coaching, feedback, and process improvements, driving operational efficiency and adherence to compliance protocols. We offer a flexible work environment, requiring in-office presence four days a week, based in Scottsdale, AZ. Please note that relocation assistance is not available for this role.
