What You’ll Do:Collaborate with the Sales Team to convey the comprehensive Datadog value proposition, vision, and strategy to clients.Lead and develop a team of individual contributors to enhance the adoption of Datadog solutions within customer accounts.Oversee resource allocation within your team, ensuring optimal productivity and engagement.Support recruitment efforts to identify and onboard top talent in your region, mentoring new hires during their initial training.Ensure your team is well-equipped to support all Datadog solutions, honing both technical and interpersonal skills.Build strong working relationships with Product Management, Support, and Enablement to maintain alignment between pre and post-sales activities.Conduct performance reviews and collaborate on individual development plans for team members.Who You Are:Possess over 3 years of experience in a Sales Engineering team lead or mentorship capacity, with at least another 3 years in a Sales Engineering or similar client-facing role.Open to feedback, with a strong desire for professional growth and a proven ability to adapt to change.Demonstrated success in nurturing and advancing team talent.Experience in recruiting both individual contributors and frontline leaders.Familiar with contemporary infrastructure and monitoring solutions and technologies.Able to devise and implement evaluation plans with customers, guiding others in the process.Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating business benefits and technical concepts effectively.
