The Role
As the Manager of the Portfolio Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in supervising and supporting your team members in their daily operations, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to achieve asset performance objectives. You will be accountable for the operational health and performance of a growing portfolio of commercial solar projects. Your responsibilities will include fostering strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, proactively identifying project challenges, and driving continuous process improvements to enhance project outcomes. Furthermore, you will be expected to deliver regular reports and updates to senior leadership on team and project performance.
We are currently backfilling a manager transitioning to another role within Commercial Operations; thus, we will only consider internal candidates from within Commercial Operations to maintain our current headcount.
