Qualifications
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have:Over 10 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Client Services, or similar roles within complex technical environments, including at least 3 years in a managerial or team leadership position supporting large enterprises.Hands-on experience with MongoDB or comparable database technologies in areas such as solution implementation, technical account management, or enterprise architecture is highly preferred.A passion for recruiting, developing, and managing a high-performing team, where the success of your team members takes precedence.A demonstrated track record of success with fast-growing teams, utilizing data to drive initiatives and inform decision-making.A strong technical acumen; while we will provide training on MongoDB and databases, familiarity with technical products is essential.Experience or willingness to learn about enterprise infrastructure technologies; exposure to MongoDB or NoSQL databases is a significant advantage.Exceptional organizational skills to prioritize workflows effectively and lead projects efficiently.The ability to navigate ambiguity with persistence and a positive outlook, contributing to the establishment and evolution of processes as we continue to grow.A collaborative mindset, eager to partner with various departments (Sales, Technical Support, Solutions Consulting, Marketing, Product, etc.) and enhance the Customer Success “brand” within our organization and among our customers.A background in working with internal and external partners to drive success.

In this pivotal role, you will significantly contribute to the growth and prosperity of MongoDB, our clients, and our Customer Success team members. Your team will engage directly with our valued customers, and you will be instrumental in shaping an exceptional program during one of our most exciting growth phases.
Your responsibilities will include the recruitment, coaching, mentoring, and development of both our high-touch and tech-touch Customer Success teams, ensuring they positively impact customer experiences, enhance their skills, and advance their careers. Beyond talent management, you will design and implement strategies aimed at boosting customer retention and satisfaction, uncovering expansion opportunities, and fostering customer adoption of MongoDB solutions.
