About the Team:
The Integrated Performance team takes a comprehensive approach to ensure the Terran R rocket systems and ground operations meet our ambitious goals. This team engages with the entire launch system, from trajectory design and aerodynamics to reliability analysis, directly impacting every phase of the product lifecycle, from conceptualization to post-flight data evaluation. Beyond analytical work, team members actively interact with hardware and operations, empowered to drive significant programmatic improvements.
