The Behavior and Culture team is a vital part of the Strategy, Policy and Expertise (SBE) department, contributing to the development and application of new knowledge and expertise aimed at enhancing the quality, substantiation, and innovation of AFM supervision. The SBE department comprises seven teams with over 75 FTE. The Behavior & Culture team leverages insights from behavior, culture, and governance to make AFM supervision more effective.
