Business Functions
- Ensure the achievement of approved annual financial targets related to digital solutions (revenue, margin, contribution to sales of the RU&KAZBEC business unit).
- Facilitate the integration of digital solutions into the commercial model of the business unit (GTM, sales, support, agronomic assistance).
- Manage the backlog and coordinate interactions with the global development team of “Cropwise Special Crops”, ensuring alignment with the business unit's priorities (Agile).
- Ensure the scalability of digital solution implementation within the RU&KAZBEC business unit.
- Direct sales of the Cropwise Special Crops system.
Technical Consultation and Support
- Monitor the stability, quality, and effectiveness of the Cropwise platform and digital solutions in the RU&KAZBEC region.
- Organize a user support system that ensures timely assistance at all stages of the technological process for growing special crops.
- Adapt and implement digital solutions considering the local specifics of RU&KAZBEC, including pilot coordination and scaling successful practices.
- Analyze user activity and behavioral metrics in the Cropwise system, preparing management reports and recommendations to enhance engagement and usage efficiency.
- Support demonstration sites and sampling, including building evidence bases and participating in addressing claims based on digital data.
- Integrate digital tools into field and commercial activities to enhance the value proposition for clients.
- Coordinate interactions with regional marketing, technical support, and sales teams to ensure unified standards for the implementation and support of digital solutions.
Marketing
- Conduct in-depth market potential analysis and formulate strategies for promoting new digital solutions in close alignment with the long-term portfolio expansion plan of crop protection products.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing campaign for the launch and scaling of digital services, ensuring synergy between territorial teams and the technical marketing function.
- Perform systematic analysis of the competitive landscape regarding technological solutions, identifying market trends, and actively participating in shaping responsive strategies to strengthen market positions.
- Represent the company and promote digital solutions at key industry events, enhancing the brand's expert image.
- Initiate and conduct field days, seminars, and training programs aimed at demonstrating the effectiveness of digital solutions and accelerating their adoption by agricultural producers.
