- Ensuring Statutory Compliance by implementing Labor Codes for both Company and Contractor.
- Management of Trainees and Apprentices, covering Sourcing, Onboarding, Training, and Exit processes.
- Handling legal matters including disciplinary actions and litigation cases.
- Maintaining industrial peace across the organization.
- Liaising with government and non-government officials.
- Leading change management initiatives through the deployment of Progressive Industrial Relations practices.
- Overseeing General Administration tasks including Pool Cars and Event Management.
- Facilitating Learning and Development programs for blue-collar associates.
- Managing Welfare services such as Canteen, Transport, Occupational Health Center, and Creche facilities.
- Establishing Greenfield projects to expand operational capabilities.
