Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate a comprehensive Shared Service Strategy and secure executive endorsement.
- Lead the development and implementation of governance frameworks, systems, and processes to manage service partner relationships, performance, and billing in accordance with the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), statements of work, and contracts.
- Manage supplier relationships with professionalism and stability.
- Oversee, evaluate, and report on the delivery of performance targets as outlined in Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Regularly assess the validity of SLA costs and benefits through business cases and benchmarking.
- Address internal non-conformances related to third-party SLAs in collaboration with relevant operational functions.
- Utilize specialist knowledge to resolve process challenges, enhance efficiency, and drive cost reductions in service delivery.
- Collaborate with Functional Subject Matter Experts to achieve agreed-upon deliverables within financial and operational parameters.
- Establish systems to facilitate business transaction processes and meet reporting needs.
- Identify and leverage cross-functional synergies to enhance the effectiveness of shared services.
- Continuously improve shared services processes, systems, and technology.
- Implement effective risk management and control strategies.
- Initiate accountability measures and procedural cadence across disciplines.
- Support the execution of projects focused on business process improvement and digital transformation.
