About the Team:
Our Pre-Sales Consultants (PSCs) are vital partners to the Account Executives, engaging closely with potential clients to illustrate the transformative value of our platform and drive new business opportunities. They possess a blend of extensive product knowledge, business acumen, industry experience, and strong client intuition, enabling them to conduct impactful evaluations. PSCs are adept problem-solvers, engaging storytellers, and product specialists who excel in empowering customers to make informed and rapid decisions. This position oversees the U.S. Financial Services pre-sales team, a crucial component of our growth strategy.
About the Role:
As the Pre-Sales Manager leading the U.S. Financial Services team, you will oversee a group of approximately 12 Pre-Sales Consultants, driving the team to:
- Collaborate with Account Executives to execute seamless product evaluations and generate new business in key sectors.
- Conduct product demonstrations, discovery calls, and customized workshops to identify and articulate value propositions.
- Transform client challenges into compelling use cases that highlight AlphaSense's capabilities.
- Work in partnership with Support, Sales, Product, and Content teams to create feedback loops and influence product roadmap priorities.
- Foster a consultative, user-centric approach throughout all evaluations, establishing trust and credibility with clients.
