About the Team:
As a pivotal part of our organization, Pre-Sales Consultants (PSCs) serve as trusted allies to our Account Executives, collaboratively engaging with potential clients to illustrate the value of our platform and secure new business opportunities. They bring together extensive product knowledge, commercial insight, industry expertise, and a strong sense of client needs to conduct impactful evaluations. PSCs are adept problem-solvers, compelling storytellers, and product specialists who thrive on guiding customers towards making more rapid and informed decisions. This position will lead the U.S. Financial Services pre-sales team, a key driver of our growth strategy.
About the Role:
In the capacity of Pre-Sales Manager for the U.S. Financial Services team, you will oversee a team of approximately 12 Pre-Sales Consultants. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Account Executives to facilitate seamless product evaluations and drive new business growth across key verticals.
- Conducting product demonstrations, discovery sessions, and customized workshops to reveal and emphasize value.
- Translating client challenges into compelling use cases that highlight the capabilities of AlphaSense.
- Working in conjunction with Support, Sales, Product, and Content teams to create feedback loops and influence product roadmap priorities.
- Maintaining a consultative, user-first approach throughout all evaluations, fostering trust and credibility with clients.
