Qualifications
Your ProfileIdeally, you possess a completed (technical) university degree in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration, or a comparable field. Alternatively, you have relevant training, such as in banking or insurance. Industry knowledge in Factoring or corporate financing is essential. Experience in restructuring or debt advisory. An existing network of restructuring consultants is a plus. Proven experience in negotiation and communication, with strong persuasive skills. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong communication and teamwork abilities, along with a high level of customer orientation. Structured, independent working style, and exceptional commitment. Willingness to travel nationwide. Proficient in German at least at C1 level.

Overall responsibility for managing our Strategic Partnerships in Factoring across Germany.
Presentation of Coface solutions in the Factoring domain, specifically targeting business consultants.
Development and implementation of sales strategies, including quality assurance for the Factoring partner network.
Engagement with partners and active expansion of the consultant network.
Planning and executing events, along with the creation of marketing materials.
Regular presence at consultant locations and participation in pertinent events and functions.
Cross-selling and up-selling in close collaboration with our other business lines.
