Qualifications
A minimum of five years of experience in Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP), Human Capital Management (HCM) implementation, and upgrade experience; experience in Absence Management preferred.
Successful completion of at least one full implementation of Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) in a Functional Lead or Project Lead role.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
Exceptional verbal and analytical skills with the ability to produce high-quality written content.
Thorough understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP System concepts and general module functionalities.
Willingness to travel as necessary.
