About the Role
As Ramp’s Channel Sales organization rapidly expands, we are seeking a passionate and strategic Manager of Partner Development to lead our team of Partner Development Representatives (PDRs). In this pivotal role, you will identify, engage, and qualify new partnership opportunities while cultivating a high-performing, people-centered team. You will also be instrumental in shaping the programs, processes, and strategies that enhance Ramp’s partner ecosystem.
