The Manager of People Operations will lead the People Operations team to deliver outstanding service and promote process excellence. Reporting to the VP of Total Rewards and People Operations, you will oversee HR service delivery, ensure compliance, enhance the employee experience, and provide scalable infrastructure as ID.me continues to grow. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Finance, Accounting, and IT, you will ensure that People Operations aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and complies with legal standards.
