The Planning & Operations team at GrabMart is integral in establishing the data frameworks and operational processes that drive our partnerships across Southeast Asia. In collaboration with Supply Chain and Category Management experts, you will craft seamless integration processes that empower our retail partners to efficiently manage inventory and fulfillment operations across diverse sales channels. Our team operates from the First Avenue Office in Malaysia, orchestrating technical implementations and partner launches across the region.
About the Role
As the Manager of Planning & Operations, you will be responsible for developing data infrastructure, system integrations, and operational workflows for GrabMart's partnerships throughout Southeast Asia. You will create data pipelines to monitor partner performance and manage technical integrations between GrabMart platforms and retail systems such as POS, ERP, and WMS. You will design workflows that enable partners like Jaya Grocer, Lotte, and Robinsons to effectively sell across multiple channels. Additionally, you will bridge our internal product and tech teams with external retail partners to address technical needs and operational issues.
This role is fully onsite at our South Quarter office in Indonesia and will report directly to the Head of Planning and Operations.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop data pipelines and automated scraping tools to monitor GrabMart marketplace performance and partner metrics.
- Maintain operational dashboards to oversee inventory flows, fulfillment statuses, and partner compliance with service level agreements across Southeast Asian markets.
- Manage API and system integrations between GrabMart and partner retail systems (POS, ERP, WMS, and logistics).
- Address technical integration issues and data transmission errors between GrabMart and partner platforms.
- Design and implement commercial and logistical processes for onboarding new retail partners, ensuring operational readiness prior to launch.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Category teams to synchronize inventory, warehousing, and delivery capabilities during partner launches.
- Evaluate vendor solutions for retail technologies, including IoT sensors, smart fulfillment tracking, and cold chain monitoring, providing technical insights based on scalability and integration needs.
