About the Role:
HighLevel is seeking a senior, hands-on leader to manage the comprehensive Go-To-Market (GTM) Annual Operating Plan (AOP), encompassing both revenue and costs. This pivotal role ensures that the AOP remains precise, actionable, and reliable throughout the fiscal year. You will collaborate closely with the Finance and GTM leadership teams, not only developing the AOP but also overseeing the operational rhythm of the business, which includes forecasting, scenario planning, monitoring actuals versus the plan, and driving cross-functional initiatives when deviations occur. This role is highly visible and directly influences resource allocation, growth management, and the enhancement of key SaaS metrics such as churn and unit economics.
Why This Role Matters:
At HighLevel's scale, the Annual Operating Plan is a continuous process, serving as the cornerstone for decision-making across GTM. All hiring strategies, marketing expenditures, churn mitigation efforts, and growth objectives rely on a robust plan that is grounded in reality, adaptable to change, and perpetually refined.
