Join our dynamic regional logistics team at foodpanda as a Manager, Rider Incentives Strategy. We are in search of a results-oriented and data-savvy professional to spearhead the design, analysis, and enhancement of rider payment and incentive strategies across our 16 distinct markets.
In this pivotal role, you will connect high-level business objectives with the operational realities faced by our riders. By leveraging data-driven insights, you will not only enhance rider earnings and fleet satisfaction but also optimize our logistics performance while ensuring financial sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Incentive Strategy & Governance: Develop and refine rider payment and incentive models. Create frameworks that ensure consistency across various markets while allowing for local adjustments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and logistics KPIs.
- Financial Impact & Cost Efficiency: Regularly assess the financial implications of payment models and track cost-per-order trends, ensuring alignment with profitability goals and maintaining rider supply.
- Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze extensive datasets to uncover trends and identify inefficiencies in rider payments and logistics operations, converting data into strategic actionable insights.
- Rollout of Models & Automation: Lead the regional implementation of sophisticated data science models and automated tools to enhance rider payments and operational efficiency.
- Initiative Rollout & Innovation: Propose innovative techniques to boost rider payment systems and support the testing and launch of strategic initiatives such as dynamic pricing and surge models.
- Product Collaboration: Collaborate with Delivery Hero’s Central Product team to influence the development of payment-related features, ensuring successful implementation across the region.
- Stakeholder Management & Market Partnership: Build strategic relationships with operations, finance, product, and local logistics teams to understand challenges and implement refined incentive structures.
