Join Sobi as a Manager/Senior Manager of Market Access, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future access strategies for our innovative products across international markets. Working closely with the Director of Market Access, you will be instrumental in developing and executing comprehensive strategies that promote optimal pricing, reimbursement, and sustainable access to our therapies for patients in need. This dynamic position requires strategic insight, robust cross-functional collaboration, and a deep understanding of international market access policies, health economics, and stakeholder engagement to ensure equitable patient access.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy and Planning: Assist in crafting and implementing tailored market access strategies for various international markets and partner regions, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, regulatory frameworks, and local affiliate requirements.
- Pricing and Reimbursement: Work collaboratively to secure pricing, reimbursement, and formulary inclusion for both new and existing products, utilizing health economic models, budget impact analyses, and value-based arguments.
- Evidence and Value Communication: Support the creation of HEOR evidence, real-world data (RWD), and value dossiers for HTA submissions and payer negotiations; contribute to objection handling and payer negotiation materials.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain compliant relationships with external stakeholders, including payers, HTA agencies, partners, regulatory bodies, and patient advocacy groups to facilitate access, inform strategy, and address evidence needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with global and local Medical, Commercial, Regulatory, Legal, and Government Affairs teams to align market access initiatives, share best practices, and ensure readiness for product launches.
- Policy Monitoring and Advocacy: Stay informed about policy developments and trends across international and partner regions; proactively identify risks and opportunities while supporting advocacy efforts that enhance patient access.
- Project Leadership and Operations: Oversee multiple concurrent market access projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget management, risk mitigation, and measurable results; supervise vendor activities as necessary.
- Reporting and Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on access performance, milestones (e.g., HTA outcomes, P&R decisions), and competitive intelligence across assigned regions; ensure accurate and timely updates in PRISMA, Smartsheet, and other internal systems.
