Qualifications
The ideal candidate will:Oversee a team of 4-6 engineers, providing coaching, mentorship, and conducting performance evaluations.Remain actively engaged in coding tasks, conducting code reviews, and refining our software development methodologies.Work closely with the Architecture, QA, Infrastructure, and Operations teams to identify and advocate for technical initiatives.Collaborate with Product Management, PMO, stakeholders, and other teams to coordinate workflows, solicit feedback, and communicate updates.Make informed operational decisions to align with objectives and project plans.Participate in recruitment and retention strategies.
