Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & Configuration Oversight
- Implement an efficient workflow to allocate tasks to team members based on their skills and workload.
- Leverage Kyriba project management tools to facilitate seamless status updates and client communications.
- Lead a team of 8 technical consultants focused on integrating various systems including ERPs, Treasury Management Systems, Accounting, Payroll, Banks/Payments, SSO, Advanced Security, and Encryption.
- Actively participate in project and client-facing engagements while overseeing junior team members to ensure optimal resource utilization, meeting the expectations set by senior management.
- Foster collaboration with Kyriba Professional Services and subject matter experts from various departments globally.
Process Acceleration & Automation
- Promote the use of internal tools, processes, and AI assistants to enhance delivery efficiency and quality.
- Lead the development and modification of automation templates for recurring connectivity and technical configurations (e.g., SWIFT, Bank and ERP APIs, XML, JSON, Kyriba Open APIs, sFTP/FTPs/Host to Host, EBICS, etc.).
- Identify and implement systematic process enhancements to improve configuration and validation tasks across the team.
- Ensure all deliverables are rigorously quality-checked and validated before sharing with clients and team members.
Testing, Validation & Customer Engagement
- Oversee testing activities and act as a point of escalation for defect resolution.
- Conduct technical checks to guarantee the consistency, security, and reliability of integration architectures.
- Enforce Kyriba's data security and confidentiality best practices in a sensitive financial data environment, ensuring compliance among all team members.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
- Facilitate the creation of clear configuration documentation and professional handovers by team members.
