Role Overview:
As a Manager at Moonshot, you will play a pivotal role in our ongoing projects, focusing on the collection and analysis of open-source online data. Your primary responsibility will be to support a specific organized crime initiative while also advancing our research methodologies to enhance our strategic understanding for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis of various data types, including OSINT, social media metrics, organized crime-related content, and data from our proprietary software.
- Oversee the development and application of quantitative and qualitative research methods for large dataset analysis.
- Manage high-pressure reporting schedules to meet client demands effectively.
- Share expertise on organized crime and online harms across the organization.
- Innovate methodologies to better understand organized crime and public safety challenges.
- Ensure timely and budget-compliant project management.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, partner organizations, and other stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Lead a medium-sized project team.
- Assist in business development by identifying funding opportunities and fostering client relationships.
