As the Managing Director, you will provide strategic leadership and operational guidance to Unispace’s New York studio. You’ll be instrumental in cultivating a high-performing team, driving business expansion, and ensuring outstanding client service consistent with our comprehensive methodology. This is an opportunity to shape Unispace's New York operations by formulating market-specific strategies, building lasting client relationships, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
What you’re responsible for:
- Establish and guide high-performing teams across the New York studio, assisting Discipline Leads in recruitment, talent development, and performance management.
- Develop and implement a strategic plan focusing on resource allocation, client acquisition, team expansion, and operational excellence.
- Enhance Unispace’s market visibility as a prominent ambassador, comprehending local market trends, cultural subtleties, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with global and regional leaders to align New York operations with Unispace’s larger strategic objectives.
