About the Role
As a Managing Director, you will lead one of Everfield's portfolio companies, taking full responsibility for its strategy, operational implementation, and economic performance. This position targets seasoned executives with substantial expertise in the software industry, willing to take on comprehensive entrepreneurial responsibilities.
You will work closely with Everfield's central teams while enjoying significant entrepreneurial freedom and the opportunity to actively shape the long-term development of the company. This role is particularly suited for leaders experienced in managing software companies—be it independently or within a platform structure—especially those who have worked with recurring revenues of €2 million to €10 million ARR.
