Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in Manufacturing and Engineering processes, tools, and techniques, especially related to Electrical Drive Units.Proficient in PFMEA and Control Plan methodologies to lead structured risk analyses and develop thorough process controls.Experience in facility installation, project management, capability validation, commissioning, and product launch.Strong problem-solving skills for addressing technical and manufacturing challenges.Self-motivated candidates with excellent engineering and communication skills, preferably with a background in volume manufacturing.Ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and flexibility to support projects from conception to launch.Proficient in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Project).Familiarity with CAD software for reviewing engineering drawings and models (e.g., Catia V6 & Teamcentre).Preferably educated to at least Degree level, or possess HNC/HND in Manufacturing Systems.
