Academic background in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management, Mechatronics, Aeronautics, or a related field.A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the industrialization/production of metal components, preferably in an Aerospace OEM or Tier-1 supplier.Knowledge of machining and dimensional inspection (mandatory).Experience in developing special processes: surface treatments, thermal processes, non-destructive testing, and painting (preferred).Experience with Process Risk Analysis (preferred).Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) (mandatory).Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).Good understanding of SAP/ERP systems (preferred).Proficiency in software such as Catia, Enovia VPM, and Delmia (preferred).Analytical thinking, autonomy, teamwork skills, assertive communication, and resilience.
About the job
Execute tasks related to the industrialization of metal components.
Design and implement manufacturing processes for metal parts.
Collaborate with program management to create and manage the industrialization plan.
Ensure the development and maintenance of a PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).
Generate documentation, process records, and modifications in accordance with quality policies and configuration management systems.
Conduct technical evaluations and process controls for suppliers.
Perform First Article Inspections (FAI).
Develop control plans.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of manufacturing and industrialization processes.
Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through automation.
Engage in Research and Development (R&D), staying updated on new materials, technologies, and techniques to continuously improve processes and products.
