Your Role
We are seeking a proactive Manufacturing Production Manager to oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, high-volume print production setting. You will lead a dedicated team of approximately 30 operators, manage various equipment lines, and ensure seamless job progression from initiation to completion.
In this hands-on leadership role, you will be actively engaged on the production floor, establishing pace, upholding standards, and driving results consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct daily production activities to guarantee timely and high-quality job completion.
- Guide, coach, and hold a team of 30 production operators accountable for their performance.
- Monitor throughput, efficiency, and quality, taking corrective actions when necessary.
- Optimize staffing and workflow to maintain production momentum and reduce downtime.
- Address performance issues directly and constructively.
- Collaborate with scheduling, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure operational alignment.
- Promote safety, organization, and production standards throughout the facility.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience in manufacturing or production.
- Experience in print or equipment-driven environments is preferred but not mandatory.
- A hands-on, pragmatic leadership approach—your leadership is felt on the floor, not confined to an office.
- Demonstrated ability to drive accountability and achieve results through others.
- Comfortable making swift decisions in a high-pressure environment.
- Organized, results-oriented, and dedicated to achieving production targets.
