Qualifications
The successful candidate will typically receive general instructions for routine tasks, with detailed guidance for new assignments provided by the Lead, Supervisor, or Manager. You are expected to identify and implement process improvements using Lean techniques and ensure that you possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and training for assigned tasks.Immediate communication of any safety, quality, or production issues to the appropriate personnel is required. While you will not have authority to issue disciplinary actions, you will be responsible for reporting any concerns encountered during your work.Authority to halt production in case of safety, quality, or production concerns is granted. Supporting and maintaining 5S activities in manufacturing areas will also be part of your responsibilities.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Technician to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Carlsbad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing a range of tasks that contribute to the efficient operation of our production environment.
Key responsibilities include washing various sizes of laboratory glassware, operating a validated lab washer, maintaining cleanliness in both the washing area and laboratory, and assisting in the organization of laboratory supplies.
As a Production Technician, adherence to company protocols, site-specific regulations, and departmental guidelines is essential. You will be expected to meticulously document processes and ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and ISO standards.
Daily housekeeping of production areas and equipment is a crucial aspect of this role. Additionally, you will maintain up-to-date training records, support the onboarding of new employees, and uphold all company policies and procedures.
This role demands strong teamwork, punctual attendance, and a readiness to embrace change.
