This hands-on position is essential for ensuring our machines operate safely, reliably, and at peak performance. You will act as a technical expert and a representative for our customers, taking on responsibilities that range from equipment installation and troubleshooting to providing insightful feedback for product development.

Note: This is a remote position; however, candidates must reside (or be willing to relocate) in the East Coast region—preferably in North Carolina—and be prepared to travel up to 65-70% of the time.
