Our Supply Team is expanding, and we invite you to be a part of it! As a Market Associate, you will be essential in fostering the retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs in your designated area. Your focus will be on building robust relationships with these hosts, assisting them in refining their listings, enhancing pricing strategies, and maximizing their success on our platform.
Your Impact:
In this role, you will manage the retention and growth of long-tail Hosts in your territory, developing and maintaining strategic partnerships with emerging professional hosts. You will identify opportunities and support initiatives that drive their success on Airbnb, including supply and pricing optimization, host recruitment, and educational resources.
As hosts progress on the platform, you will also be instrumental in helping them uphold exemplary hospitality standards to ensure a remarkable guest experience. Beyond individual account management, you will collaborate with Market Managers to implement educational programs, including webinars and mass email communications.
Ultimately, our team is dedicated to empowering long-tail Hosts to flourish on Airbnb while upholding high-quality marketplace standards.
This position is based in São Paulo, Brazil, and relocation support is not available.
A Day in the Life:
- Oversee a portfolio of host entrepreneurs and emerging hosts, ensuring their retention, growth, and optimization on Airbnb.
- Facilitate one-on-one optimization and onboarding sessions, providing strategic insights on pricing and listings.
