About the job
The primary objective of this role is to convert external and internal data into structured market insights. You will be responsible for guiding the company on "where to play", identifying opportunities by segment through meticulous competitor mapping and in-depth market share analysis.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Market Sizing (TAM): Structuring and updating the Total Available Market perspective to guide expansion strategy.
- Share Monitoring: Tracking the market share of the company and competitors from various angles: number of students, number of schools, and revenue (R$), segmented by business units.
- Competitive Intelligence: Maintaining an updated competitor map, including top pricing tables, market positioning, and differentiators by segment.
- Data Engineering and Organization: Collecting, integrating, and organizing data from various sources to ensure consistent, reliable, and scalable bases for the entire area.
- Dashboards and Reports: Creating and maintaining executive reports and dashboards in Metabase (SQL) and Excel, focusing on strategic visibility for decision-making.
- Predictive Analyses and Gaps: Developing projections and identifying gaps in the commercial process, integrating data from Marketing, Operations, and BI to increase efficiency.
- OKR and Project Management: Supporting the structuring of OKRs and managing cross-functional projects involving different areas of the company.
To participate in our process, you need to have:
- Experience in Market Intelligence: Solid experience with competitor mapping and market share analysis.
- Technical Proficiency (Data-Driven): Advanced knowledge in SQL and visualization tools (preferably Metabase).
- Ability to create projection models and integrate data from various sources.
