What will you be doing?
As the Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be the expert who supports and advises our clients and their teams with data-driven insights. You will delve into the numbers to understand the effectiveness and impact of marketing and media efforts. Your responsibilities will include:
- Determining key KPIs for clients and translating them into actionable marketing and media strategies.
- Bridging the gap between strategy and execution; informing strategic direction with data-driven insights and refining it based on practical findings.
- Continuously learning and optimizing to achieve data-driven growth for clients through Test & Learn and experimentation.
Collaboration with colleagues from strategy teams, other data specialties, media, and creative units is essential, and strong project management skills will be beneficial.
Your Team
In addition to working with (internal) client teams (client leads, strategists, and media, data & creative specialists), you will closely collaborate with fellow marketing analysts. You will work together on projects, discuss approaches, and inspire others with your previous experiences. Since each client has different needs, goals, and contexts, staying informed about developments and opportunities within the market and WPP Media is crucial; various measurement methods, technical implementations, changes in marketing & media platforms, and the latest innovations. In this dynamic environment, being flexible and eager to learn is vital.
