- Maintain uniform messaging and visual identity across all internal and external communication platforms.
- Direct data-driven, integrated marketing initiatives across digital, social media, email, and events to highlight our services and thought leadership.
- Supervise SEO/SEM, social media engagement, content marketing, and performance analytics to enhance outreach and return on investment.
- Produce engaging content such as press releases, speeches, newsletters, leadership announcements, and internal/executive communications.
- Manage public relations efforts, media interactions, and reputation management, including crisis communication strategies.
- Foster internal communications to align and motivate employees across various regions.
- Support employer branding to attract exceptional talent that aligns with our culture and vision.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to communicate strategic goals, company achievements, and financial performance.
- Craft high-quality presentations, reports, and marketing materials for key external stakeholders.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators like brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation—adapting strategies as necessary.
