You are adept at coordinating various internal stakeholders and managing schedules and budgets in a demanding environment.Curious and attentive to trends, you also contribute to regular competitive monitoring.Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.This is a 6-month fixed-term contract to be filled as soon as possible.

As a Marketing and Production Manager, you will lead the brand's production strategy (content, events, etc.) and manage its internal and external dissemination based on the seasonal marketing calendar.
Your role is pivotal in orchestrating key marketing moments, ensuring coherence, quality, and impact in the brand's communications both internally and externally.
Implementation of Marketing Strategy:
Develop and execute the production calendar aligned with strategic objectives and budget;
Oversee events in collaboration with internal teams (retail, visual merchandising, etc.);
Create and distribute communication kits;
Conduct evaluations and identify areas for improvement season after season;
Regularly perform comprehensive competitive analysis and share insights with the communication and image team;
Communicate various achievements internally.
Content Creation Coordination:
Collaboratively construct the content creation schedule for institutional, e-commerce, and social media;
Collect content creation needs and distribute created content to various departments within the company;
Manage and monitor the budget.
Production:
Organize and execute various photo shoots;
Produce and disseminate communication kits;
Oversee the general production calendar;
Track and manage the budget.
