We are seeking a Marketing Attribution Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic Growth Marketing team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee Relay’s marketing tracking systems, from front-end pixels to back-end event data, guaranteeing precise insights across all marketing initiatives. You will act as a crucial bridge between marketing execution, data integrity, and performance analysis, allowing the team to make informed, data-driven decisions.
Please note that we operate in a hybrid environment, collaborating in-office three days a week (Tues-Thurs).
Key Responsibilities
Data Insights and Decision Support: Transform complex data into actionable recommendations for Marketing and Leadership, guiding decision-making through insightful analyses and structured storytelling.
Reporting and Dashboard Development: Create and maintain insightful dashboards using Metabase and Google Sheets/Excel to identify trends, monitor performance, and reveal actionable insights across campaigns and funnels.
Tracking Infrastructure and Data Quality: Oversee comprehensive marketing tracking, from front-end pixels to back-end events. Implement, audit, and troubleshoot tracking across various channels to ensure reliable and consistent data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration and Technical Integration: Partner with Engineering, Data, Growth, and Marketing teams to enhance Relay’s analytics infrastructure. Collaborate with developers to test, debug, and deploy tracking updates across web and app platforms.
Attribution, Measurement, and Optimization: Manage UTM governance and event tracking in HubSpot and related tools. Support multi-touch attribution, mixed media modeling, and funnel analysis to inform investment strategies and enhance marketing effectiveness.
Who You Are
You boast 3–5 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth operations, or a similar technical marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced tech environment.
