The Role
The Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for designing, executing, and refining marketing and sales processes utilizing Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement) and Salesforce Sales Cloud. This role encompasses automation, campaign execution, lead management, CRM optimization, reporting, and integration to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth. Success in this role hinges on exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to cultivate positive relationships, manage multiple high-priority tasks under pressure, and adeptly troubleshoot and escalate issues as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee Pardot workflows, including engagement programs, automated rules, completion actions, and lead scoring/grading.
- Create and maintain landing pages, forms, and email templates.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align lead nurturing with pipeline stages and SLAs.
- Enhance scoring models to increase marketing-to-sales conversion rates.
- Generate detailed campaign performance and attribution reports using Pardot and B2B Marketing Analytics.
- Manage subscriber data, data extensions, and segmentation strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance and deliverability; provide recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure compliance with data protection policies (GDPR, CANSPAM, & CPPA) through platform configuration and user access management.
- Establish best practices for deliverability, compliance standards, and governance frameworks for email communications.
