The Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that encompasses homebuyer acquisition, investor relations, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration with development partners. You will lead vendor relationships, oversee the implementation of AI tools, and establish robust data collection and analytics frameworks to assess and enhance marketing effectiveness.
This leadership position demands a strategic mindset coupled with practical execution skills. You will create and manage a marketing ecosystem that integrates external vendors, AI agents, and automated systems to deliver scalable and efficient brand promotion across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- AI & Technology Leadership:
- Design, implement, and manage AI-powered marketing tools and processes to streamline content creation, optimize campaigns, score leads, and analyze performance.
- Develop and supervise AI agents for social media management, investor communications, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Establish data collection systems to track marketing performance metrics, audience engagement, and conversion rates across all platforms.
- Create dashboards and reporting frameworks that yield actionable insights for leadership, investors, and development partners.
- Multi-Audience Brand Strategy:
- Formulate and execute integrated marketing strategies aimed at homebuyers, investors, stakeholders, and development partners.
- Produce investor-centric marketing materials including project updates, portfolio summaries, performance reports, and presentations on investment opportunities.
- Generate stakeholder communications that highlight project milestones, construction progress, and community development successes.
- Craft outreach materials for development partners and co-marketing initiatives that position Red Cedar Homes as a preferred building collaborator.
- Project & Portfolio Marketing:
- Oversee marketing campaigns for individual projects from entitlement through construction completion and lease-up or sales.
- Manage and maintain project-specific marketing assets to ensure consistency and alignment with brand objectives.
