- Lead the strategic design and implementation of comprehensive marketing and communication strategies that enhance the hotel's brand image, align with business objectives, and elevate public perception.
- Manage all aspects of media relations, advertising campaigns, promotional activities, and publication content to ensure cohesive messaging and adherence to corporate guidelines.
- Work closely with internal teams to bolster sales efforts, food and beverage initiatives, and talent development through impactful communication strategies and campaigns.
- Serve as the primary contact for external media and community stakeholders, adeptly handling crisis communications and fostering public relations opportunities.
- Oversee the Marketing Communication team to produce innovative, timely, and effective content across various platforms, including print, digital, and events.
