Join our dynamic team at 100x as a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator. In this fully remote role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our Founder with daily operations, administrative tasks, and marketing initiatives. We are looking for a self-motivated individual with exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make independent decisions. A background in marketing and social media will be highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative & Operational Support:
- Efficiently manage and prioritize the Founder’s inbox, categorizing and escalating issues as necessary.
- Enhance calendar management, including scheduling meetings, resolving conflicts, and sending invitations.
- Maintain and update essential databases, including press and vendor lists.
- Oversee maintenance and procurement of office equipment.
- Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance tasks.
- Arrange travel and accommodations, preparing detailed itineraries.
- Create and finalize expense reports for business travel.
Client & Business Development Support:
- Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients.
- Maintain the CRM system with accurate daily updates.
- Assist in the organization and participation of business development activities.
- Send welcome packages to new clients.
Communications & Marketing Support:
- Assist with updating website and social media content.
- Manage submissions for online awards.
- Engage with journalists by sending press releases and researching relevant contacts.
- Support the Founder with press or event initiatives as needed.
- Help coordinate in-house projects, including holiday gifts and events.
- Research potential speaking engagements for the Founder.
- Identify new business opportunities, including potential partners.
HR & Finance Support:
- Maintain the payroll system, managing onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
- Draft contracts for employees and freelancers.
- Manage sick leave protocols and communications.
- Support recruitment processes, including the triage of candidate applications.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding activities.
