We are currently seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing Team. This team is responsible for shaping our agents' marketing and branding initiatives, from conception through execution and evaluation. Our agents embody our brand; when their marketing shines, so does Compass. We offer essential account services and strategic support to our agents, ensuring their marketing efforts achieve peak effectiveness.
In this role, you will collaborate with a talented in-house marketing, agent experience, and creative team. You will engage with skilled colleagues who bring diverse industry experiences, and work alongside key external vendors to implement a variety of initiatives that ensure alignment between the Compass brand and our agents' marketing and advertising outputs.
Please note: This position requires 100% in-office work at our Chestnut Hill Philadelphia Office.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Establishing and overseeing systems to enhance communication and processes within the team.
- Delivering exceptional client service to streamline agent marketing efforts as their trusted accountability partner.
- Collaborating with Compass's design team to coordinate the delivery of tailored design projects and related materials.
- Tracking the ongoing marketing initiatives of agents and analyzing project results to assess effectiveness, informing future marketing strategies for each agent or team.
- Creating marketing plans that optimize agents' budgets for maximum ROI, encompassing activations across various channels such as branding, print and digital advertising, social media, photography and video, direct mail, and beyond.
- Encouraging agents to adopt and utilize Compass’s platform and product tools through internal marketing, communication, and training sessions.
- Conducting research and designing regional social media assets and weekly and monthly email communications for agents to promote, featuring local events and market insights.
