Are you passionate about data modeling and creating Power BI dashboards that provide immediate insights into the performance of our marketing channels, website, and upcoming products? If so, we want you as our Marketing Data Analyst at Transavia.
What will you do?
In your new role as a Marketing Data Analyst, you will assist the Customer & Proposition domain in making informed commercial decisions based on data. This domain is responsible for Transavia's commercial activities and the development of related IT products. Your analyses will directly contribute to enhancing our marketing performance, website, and customer propositions.
You will translate data into actionable insights that drive improvements. Your involvement will span the entire process: from extracting data from our data warehouse using SQL, analyzing datasets, to presenting results through dashboards, reports, or presentations. This will help stakeholders better understand current trends and identify opportunities.
Additionally, you will:
Provide valuable insights and tools (both requested and unsolicited) that support the realization of our strategy and improve commercial decision-making;
Select the appropriate combination of data sources, analyses, and visualizations to clarify issues;
Establish measurable KPIs and analyze trends to derive concrete actions and enhancements;
Contribute to the development of AI and machine learning solutions, such as predictive models, in collaboration with Data Scientists and Data Engineers;
Maintain a balance between managing existing dashboards and reports for daily operations and addressing new strategic challenges;
Encourage data-driven practices within the domain by proactively advising stakeholders.
