We are on the lookout for a dynamic Marketing Director to join our expanding team. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will collaborate closely with our Creative, Product Marketing, and Revenue teams to further our mission of providing impactful teletherapy solutions for children with diverse needs. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can manage a team of channel experts, engage with cross-functional partners, and take hands-on responsibility for campaign execution and measurable outcomes. You will also have the chance to develop your skills in campaign strategy while contributing to a mission-driven organization.
Your Responsibilities at Presence:
- Develop and refine the annual marketing strategy and planning process, identifying growth opportunities and overseeing execution across all marketing channels.
- Drive campaign planning, timelines, and foster collaboration between Marketing, Revenue, and Product teams.
- Guide customer segmentation and targeting strategies to enhance engagement and growth within core customer segments.
- Take ownership of reporting and measurement across pipeline, conversion, and revenue impact, ensuring visibility for Marketing and Revenue leadership.
- Utilize dashboards and performance insights to optimize campaigns and enhance channel effectiveness continuously.
- Remain actively involved in platforms and reporting to guarantee swift, high-quality execution and accountability.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and media partners to achieve brand and performance marketing objectives.
- Lead, develop, and manage a talented team of marketing professionals, establishing priorities, coaching for growth, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing culture.
- This position involves approximately 20% travel.
